"Not as quick as I hoped.."

Ordered the covid tests before 3pm on a Sunday with the assumption they would come 48hours later. ie, tue pm.
Unfortunately they only arrived on Wednesday. And I do wonder if they would have been later or not at all if I hadn't sent an enquiring email on the Tuesday asking where they were.. I magically received a dispatch note shortly after my enquiry email.

Purchasing the test was easy, booking the test was easy but due to circumstances we were unable to use the test and were unable to get a refund. Unae to speak to anyone in person either. Very very very poor aftercare service,. Would never use again

"AVOID … They are a scam"

They are a scam, do not buy anything from them. It’s being nearly 2 month and I did not get my product neither my money back. All they say is, “ I have just checked your order and I can reassure you that everything has been settled and your order has been shipped and is currently in Transit.
You will be delivered but in the meantime you will receive your tracking number in order to trace your package online.”

… and for refund you need to send back the product (the one you never got delivered) and pay the post yourself.
