Bought the tests Tuesday morning for 48 hour tracked service. Tests still have not arrived 6 days later. We fly on Friday so I can't trust that if they finally arrive that the results will reach the lab in time. They wouldn't issue a refund even if I rejected the tests at the door and you can't send back by courier
£80 wasted

2x multi boxes of 4 Covid Lateral Flow self tests ordered on 3/9. It is now 12/9 and no sign of any delivery despite promise of just a few days delivery time

I Ordered a test from here and paid extra for next day delivery as I needed the test the next day and the test didn’t turn up and I called up the company and they blamed Royal mail instead of taking accountability although I didn’t even get to use the test and it was useless for me they still didn’t refund me my money..

Horrible company wouldn’t recommend to anyone, you’re better off going to the clinics who give you same day results
