I have a horrible experience. The customer service was arrogant, reluctant and agressive. We did not get any items from them, therefore I could not go to my vacation.
When I asked refund, they denied it, regarding the items (what we did not get ) were hygienic things ... ridiculous.
I suggest everyone to avoid ordering from them.

I spent all night trying to sort the confirmation which finally arrived just before 2 am, 4.5 hours before my flight.

Ordered in Monday delivered Wednesday which is when we needed them for, quite a lot of packaging as each test kit is in its own box but then it is handy to keep one in your bag all the time just incase you need to test whilst out.

Tests arrived in the post quickly and when we did the tests at 6pm the results arrived by email overnight. Would use again.
