I did not get the tests for 3 days despite paying next day delivery. The first person who responded to my query when they hadn’t arrived was not very helpful but then the next person was. Resent the tests and organised a refund on the additional postage. So I would use this service again.

Cannot register the test results since the TBR number should be 7 digits it says.

The TBR number they are giving is rtngoDDDDDD
D= represents a digit

you should change your name to Test and waste time and money . Give me my money back please.
