I have 1 stars because shipping is expensive and sooo slow. I had to cancel and reschedule 2x my appointment with plumber because part had not arrived ! Product arrive and had to use a vise to loosen to make valve work!

The included glass windscreen was easy to assemble and adds to the look and flame stability. This is a high quality product that was shipped by freight to our door in just a week.
