Have used Smartcruiser about five or six times for different cruises. The reason we keep coming back is Kim Tuchek the rep from Smart cruiser, she is very easy, pleasant and knowledgeable about the different trips we have taken. Have recommended her to friends and family. Always goes the extra step to help us and if she doesn't have the answer she will find the answer. Just can't say enough good things about Kim.
Haven't dealt with anyone else at Smartcuiser so I'm sure they have other knowledgeable people working there.

I found Smart Cruiser a few years ago through a bidding process. They always won my booking, so I started using them directly. Helpful website, easy to navigate. The agent I have now (Jennifer) is quick to respond, helpful, courteous and has a sense of humor. Will recommend Smart Cruiser to friends and family.

"I do not recommend smartcruiser"
They are only nice until they get your money. Once they have your money they could care less in helping you or being nice about a situation that can’t be done. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness few days after I booked and they were rude in explaining I couldn’t get a refund. I’m a combat veteran and their attitude and lack of care and understanding was not appreciated. Will never use them again for any of my future cruises. The customer service was extremely rude! I paid for a spa balcony rooms and one room had only one person but still had to pay double occupancy. They never shared with me that the balcony on that level Is an uncovered balcony. I had to get rooms on another cruise line all together and the only rooms they stated were available together were all the way in the back in a crappy part of the ship. I had no choice but to book as I’m taking my mom on her first cruise. The agency knows we had to pay for double occupancy for my moms room and they never even tried talking to the cruise line to get us better rooms. Never followed up on anything. There was an email sent by the cruise line about upgrades and since we paid extra they could have requested from the cruise line to upgrade us, but they never bothered. I’ll stick with vacations to go. This is the edited version to respond to smartcruiser below. You guys have the information of the two things mixed up balcony on the 14th deck on carnival is not covered. Second no one told me or offered me insurance. No one told me they were non refundable. You guys didn’t do all you could what you did was send me a rude response. You could have spoken to the cruise line on my behalf. It was few days after I booked. Regardless there are a lot of reviews against you guys for poor customer service I’m not the only person. I don’t recommend your company because of your poor customer service. Btw the credit was 125 not 175 and you guys cost way more than vacations to go that’s why you guys even give out the credit. That’s all a marketing tactic not a favor to me or a courtesy credit that was given just to me. You offered no such thing. Now even more so I don’t recommend smartcruiser. I will be posting the same review everywhere. So according to you I’m getting 175 per cabin booked?? How come no one sent me any information to that change?? I only see 125 on my end plus your prices were at least 100 more than vacations to go. Please send me a direct email where it shows my credit that you are speaking of. There is no such thing as 175 dollars. The cruise on your site has dropped about 100 dollars from when I booked and when I booked the prices were way higher than other companies but it equaled out with the 125 dollars onboard credit which is a marketing tactic not a favor to me. Once again, you guys provided me with incorrect information about gratuity saying it will be 96 per person however, its way more. Never offered me insurance or explained anything. I stick to my review, poor customer service and even though now the prices on tour site dropped you never offered a credit as a courtesy. Poor poor customer service, extremely unsatisfactory. Thank you!

I find it hard to communicate with cruise companies, however it is always easy with SmartCruiser. I am confident that we get the same deals or better and get great service too!

We have used SmartCruiser on numerous occasions to book our trips. The staff is always knowledgeable and follows up with recommendations. We have had several issues once on board with credits which Smartcruiser was able to resolve quickly.

Smart Cruiser agent helped me about 90% my request, I am 90% happy with their help, but still something is missing, I required two rooms with queen bed, but I got twin beds in that rooms.
