We moved in just over a week ago and can't fault the service we've had. Nicky has been attentive and looked after us, ironing out any problems, and James the site manager has also been very helpful. The build is to a very good standard, and James has even picked up on some little things that we hadn't even noticed. Overall we're loving the new house and couldn't recommend them more.

We moved into our beautiful new home a week today and absolutely love it.
Nicki and James have been absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived.
The quality of build is outstanding and that’s saying something as I am a perfectionist!
The site is still ongoing in terms of phase 2 being built and is well maintained and managed by James.
This being a relocation for us has meant that I have felt a little lost with where to go for everything. Nicki has been wonderful in helping me to settle, giving me fabulous advice on places to go in the area from hairdresser's to butchers.
The contractors are all very courteous and friendly.
The buying process was very quick we completed in 4 weeks of reservation.
Naturally there are a couple of things that need to be done snagging wise, and we feel confident they will be done by James and the team.
I would highly recommend a visit if you’re looking to purchase a new home.

From the first time we walked into the sales office, Nicky could not have been more helpful. She provided all the relevant information and nothing was too much trouble. Nicky guided me through the process and was on hand to reply to any queries. On the day of completion, James was fantastic, running through all the necessary information, offering support and explaining everything clearly. James then popped around the day after to check that everything was okay and this will be followed up by another visit next week. Nothing was too much trouble and I have been encouraged to report any snags so that they can be rectified in a timely manner. Allison Homes operated quickly with regards to the sale.

There’s so much to take in but Steve has cleared all of our doubts and concerns and made sure we have been informed about everything we need to consider. It’s a wonderful experience for us as we are first time buyers and we are very very happy we have decided to go with Allison Homes. We are currently going through the house buying process - Donna at the Oaks has been amazing from the moment I went to the sales office to enquire about one of the builds. I had not expected to be able to begin the process there & then but it couldn’t have been made any simpler! There’s so much to take in but Donna has answered all of our questions and made sure we have been informed about everything we need to consider/know. It’s a daunting experience (especially being first time buyers) but we are very very happy we have decided to go with Allison Homes - Donna has gone above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend Allison Homes enough because of her.

After care very good and can’t fault. Always responded quickly to any queries and snagging done promptly. Special mention to Adam Reed and Seth. Also the ongoing landscaping and fencing led by Simon. Plus whoever came to do the plastic repairs (sorry didn’t get your name!). Very pleased with the house overall. Excellent after sales team led by Steve Hunt. Part exchange process was smooth - our thanks to Caroline. The request for a ramp for accessibility well executed by Paul.

My Allison homes experience has been nothing but fabulous from the beginning. Sales were great, I had plenty of input and site visits before completion. The house is just lovely!
Every new build will have some snags, and nothing has been too much trouble with the after sales team. Tareena and Arya in particular have been so so helpful and accommodating when it comes to organising the work and the workmen themselves have been timely, efficient and even found other things to fix while they’re here just to be helpful.
All in all, I couldn’t be happier!
