The customer care is awful, the contractors they employ to do the snagging work for them is also awful.

Poor level of attention to detail, lack of care from everyone involved.

We regret buying an Allison home and wouldn't buy from them again.

Been here for almost two years now and have had nothing but issues since moving in. Had dampness in the house from the start and all the finishes were poorly executed, leaving much to be desired.

It's stressful having to chase up for rectifications. If you don't complain then nothing will get done. And when someone does turn up to fix something, they do half a job and then have to come back to look at it again.

They also don't treat their customers with fairness, some people get a much higher level of care than others. As a young couple with a dog, we feel as if we've been discriminated against and get left in the dark.

They use the NHBC warranty as a shield to protect themselves from doing anything more than what is necessary. They are reactive instead of proactive, they will paint over the cracks but won't address the root cause of the issue.

I can't believe the stress it has caused us and I'm always having to chase things up in order for any movement or progress to happen.

Also at one point, they gave us a £100 gift voucher in hope that it would make everyone happy and be quiet.

Still not happy almost two years on from completion, this should speak volumes. Also people should think twice before leaving a review so soon after buying, they're not doing themselves any favours.

We have recently purchased a home at Harriers Rest. I would like to say a special thanks for Val for all her help and making the process as smooth as possible, and always being accommodating! The house itself is finished to such a high standard, and the site is immaculate. We can’t wait to move in!

I got my forever home from primrose meadows the staff Emma, Caroline, help me all the way and still on site making sure everything is perfect, the lads on moving in day was Amazing aswell Mike and Jo and still helping if needed the afterservice is next to none .Best move ever thank you all at primrose meadows for all your continued help in anything with this wonderful home 100 percent Amazing staff make all the difference

Recently brought a house from Allison Homes, at the primrose meadows site.
Can I just say the whole team have been absolutely amazing, we faced some challenges from the purchasers at the start of our chain, which we thought might play a part in losing our the forever home that we had put a deposit down on, the team mainly Caroline, and Emma reassured us and supported us throughout the whole process and can safely say we have since moved in.
Mike and Joe both a huge help to us on in moving day, showing us how the house works, and talking through the million questions that we asked over and over.
Since moving in we have come across a few little snags , and they have been dealt with promptly.
It’s been a fantastic experience, but I have to say I believe it’s down to the incredible members of staff they have.
