Really friendly and helpful the whole way through and aftercare has been great.

Lovely buikt property in general and prompt customer service with some things.

The bad bits.
Miss sold the property with regards to parking rights and now live next to nightmare neighbours who do what they like, block access, are aggressive to anyone parking and worse my disabled father has no where reasonably to park which we were informed he could park outside of our property.

There is conflict on interpretation between AH solicitors now and the recommended solicitors by them that we used.

AH have washed their hands of legally assisting with this.

Tarmac on shared drive failed withing 6 months and although will be replaced we have no where to park when it is.
The en suite was mis threaded and several months later we had a bad water leak affecting the feature kitchen diner which now has a poor finish and is not smooth and even.
We continually have to clean our sewage pipes out the front as they get blocked and back fill.
Works done by 3rd party on shared drive and property still pending reinstatement over a year later.
Cowboy 3rd party almost got buried alive after not shoring approx a 7ft deep trench within the first month of living at the property.

All in all I could not think of a worse way to invest over half a million pounds and buy a set up family home.

Proceed with extreme caution regarding parking and drives.

Allison Homes have stated they will not get involved in the parking situation even though that has now left us with aggressive neighbours . I believe the sales lady is no longer part of Allison Homes and we are left with this nightmare.
The only thing we have had is clarification by Allison Homes legal department which was not made clear or interpreted as such by our solicitors , ironic especially as we asked so many questions regarding boundary lines. So please do enlighten me how you are reviewing the parking situation as this has not been transpired to me.

We have just reserved a new home on Wootton Grange.the show homes seem good quality with lots of options to upgrade or pick from on included items. This will be our first new build so we were a little nervous.
Tanya has been patient and helpful with advice and detailed information to help us decide which plot/house could give us what we need. She has responded to questions via email or phone. Always been cheerful on our repeated visits. We never felt pressured to buy or a nuisance for our indecision. Now we start the formal process but this has been a very positive start.

She explained to me all the stages of the purchase from the day I came for my initial viewing and she convinced me to purchase this property despite me having been on a journey to view another property. A true professional.
