Throughout all of the stages of buying a home with Allison Homes has been 10/10 customer service. We have been communicating with Tanya who has been nothing but lovely and understanding. It is so reassuring that we genuinely feel like we can ask anything, no matter how silly it may be.

We had a pre-plaster appointment with Tanya & the site manager (I cant remember the gentleman's name but he was also so kind and informative). What we appreciated was how they went through every little detail and really made it feel like our house, rather than just another plot.

Nothing but positive comments and we are so excited to see our finished home ❤️

"Fantastic Support "

I have bought new builds properties in the past but the customer support that Allison Homes has provided fantastic support and the care they give is second to none. We have been here a year now and Tareena has been absolutely fantastic and had all of our issues sorted out very quickly. Tareena follows up with everything and makes our lives a lot easier. A big shout out to Allison Homes and all of the customer care team.

"Val Duncan Harriers Rest"

Val Duncan has been very supportive and informative keeping me updated on the progress of my potential new home. Very professional but also understanding of my current situation and guiding me through the steps.

"Our new home is stunning"

From the first time we came to view properties on Foxglove view Nicky went out of her way to show my husband and I around the development. This was going to be a relocation for us, as we are brand new to the area. We’re completely blown away with our new home and the help and support that both Nicky & James have given to us. The first day we moved in our electrics were tripping. James very promptly called out the electricians and got everything sorted.
Now where in and living our best lives. We’ve been here 6 weeks and know that if we need help we can ask Nicky & James for help and advice about anything.
There are a few snagging issues as to be expected with a new build but they are being dealt with professionally and promptly.

"Venus Fields"

We brought a house on Venus Fields and are extremely pleased with the house, process of buying etc. Steve (lovely man) the sales rep on site was very helpful and showed us all types of houses on the site and talked us through each detail perfectly. Once we decided on the property we wanted he went above and beyond to make sure the buying process went through as smoothly as possible, even when issues arouse out of Allison Builders hands Steve was there for guidance and support top guy. Jade is also very helpful and was there on the day we moved in and got a couple of teething issue sorted straight away. Louise the after sales lady again is extremely good all snagging has been done with no issues. All in all top marks all round. The house is home already perfect, thank you Steve, Jade, Louise and all guys on site at Allison Homes.

"Weavers Place "

After our house purchase at Weavers Place a little over 4 months ago, we have been treated very respectfully by the site and sales teams.
The sales rep, Gina was excellent at assisting us through the purchasing stage, whilst Site managers Sam and Taylor have always been on hand and to help us out in anyway we have needed after completion.
We have been very pleased with the overall build quality of our house. There have of course been some minor/cosmetic snags that needed attention, but both Sam and Taylor have been easily approachable and willing to rectify our concerns promptly without hesitation.
We also very much appreciate them taking the time out of their day to stop and catch up with us as if they are neighbours themselves.
Thank you to all of you at Weavers Place for making our move so easy, we will miss you once you’ve finished here.

"Great customer service"

Moved in December, had a few little things needing to be done around the house. Contacted Alison Homes and spoke to Jo who was great in sorting these out. Rob was a star who went above and beyond helping sort these issues out. Many thanks for the great customer service!

"Since we moved into an Allison homes…"

Since we moved into an Allison homes house we have been treated extremely well.
The house is spacious and well built.
Tareena in their customer care team has gone above and beyond to resolve some issues ( not their fault) in the house and pulled out all the stops.
Communication has been faultless and tbh it has been a breath of fresh air.
Would recommend 👌

"Allison Homes South West"

We bought a new build at Primrose Meadows. The buying process and general admin from Allison Homes wasn’t great, we were told/promised several things which turned out to be incorrect. I initially put this down to staff turnover, but I’m not so sure. This process could have been much smoother for us and Allison Homes have previously had this feedback.

Our moving in day wasn’t great either, the promised “sparkle” clean hadn’t happened, and the people to do this turned up as we were moving in and didn’t stay that long or clean everything that needed cleaning (I’m still working on this 3 months later!).

The general fit and finish of our house was average at best. Lots of scratches, mess, and so on, lots of ingrained dirt (including cement!) in places that I’m still dealing with and may have to further involve Allison Homes in sorting out. More attention to the cosmetics by Allison Homes would go a long way to making people feel they’re at home from the moment they move in, rather than have to chase around sorting stuff out. That said, we did expect some snagging problems with a new build, but not to the level we encountered.

Now to the positive stuff. The following people on-site have been really understanding and really helpful:

Emma – very accommodating and understanding. Emma takes time to listen and understand our concerns and passes them on to the right person in the company. She’s a great ambassador for Allison Homes and I hope the company recognises that.
Mike – Site Manager who sorts out issues very quickly, either himself or by passing it to the right trades to deal with. Mike puts up with a lot from us and we appreciate how prompt he is at helping us out, often at short notice. Again, a great representative for Allison Homes.
Joe – Deputy Site Manager I believe. Similar to Mike, Joe has helped us out when needed and always willing to get stuck in as well as answer questions. I understand Joe has moved to a different site now and they’re lucky to have him.

In summary, our overall experience could have been better, and time will tell regarding the structural integrity of our property (no reason at this stage to be worried), but we appreciate the people on site who have always been polite, engaging and happy to help.

I bought my home from Allison Homes The Oak.I Can’t recommend the customer service enough Donna went out of her way to make sure all the adjustments I requested were done to my house before moving into it. She was with me from the very first day till after moving . Explained everything, respond quickly to all my enquiries and I had a lot as first time buyer. After moving I had few minor things need done and louise ( the snagging team) had it done on the same day. Very high quality and beautiful homes with high quality customer service. Highly recommended
