Got the wrong product and in order to fix the problem I have to pay shipping on the return product and shipping to get the right product. So, in other words, the products will end up costing me over $50 for 3 dog collars? There should be a better return policy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a Groupon for tbis company and did not have a good experience. They oversold their coupons so I had to wait until Jan 30 to place an order even though the coupon was purchased before Christmas FOR a Christmas gift. When I finally got to order, the product came with the wrong initials on one power bank and the wrong cords for both. I emailed about the issue and it has taken weeks for them to even respond to me. Now they wznt "proof". I have to take photos and dig up reciepts etc. What thay should do is send prepaid postage for me to return. Very unprofessional
