Received pillow covers and very pleased with product. However, our last name was all lower case. I sent pictures of original order and copy of the receipt that came with the covers (showing upper case). After several correspondence I was told the font I selected did not offer an upper case option. Qualtry did offer to replace but I had to pay shipping. I will not bother working with them again. The order of cork coasters recently delivered was good except one coaster has a chip out of it on the front near name. I have not had time to contact company.
