I received my items in a very timely manner. I was actually surprised when I received them as early as I did.

"Inaccurate sizing and long process"

The collar I bought is pretty good, but the sizing description was slightly off. I bought a medium for my dog and it is huge! I can shorten it but that covers the lettering ( which is the point of the collar). Also, the process from ordering to processing to production to finalizing to shipping to arrival was a pretty process and took weeks to complete.

"Poor customer service and ordering process"

I ordered on Qualtry luggage tags on Groupon. I bought two tags. Groupon showed the order as 2 tags, one order. Here is where the problem started. When ordering the groupon purchase with Qualtry, the directions from Qualtry were very confusing, and I was supposed to order one luggage tag TWICE, which was contradictory to what the Groupon said. I mistakenly ordered the way Groupon was stated and I ended up with one tag. Customer service from both Groupon and Qualtry were hard to get a hold of, and it took me two months of screwing around to get my second tag. Poor way of doing business for both. Last time for me,

"The monogram is very small!!"

The monogram customization on the distressed ball cap is NOT as the image on the website depicts. The monogram on my initial order was skewed, far apart, and the initials were very small...not large at all. When the order was redone, the monogram was correctly aligned, but still not as large as the image on the website. The image on the site shows a large monogram utilizing most of the front cap. Not true.

"I was a bit dissapointed in the 2 hats…"

I was a bit dissapointed in the 2 hats I ordered. The monogram was not centered on the hat so the back seam is on the side and I didn't even receive the 2nd one. Cute style though. If I ordered another one I would get an adult size for my 6 year old Granddaughter. It barely fit her.

"Purchased one small first to test the quality and delivery time."

I first ordered a small personalized cutting board for my daughter for Christmas. I usually expect delivery from companies advertising on Facebook to take several weeks, sometimes a month or two. I was surprised at how quickly the gift arrived. My daughter loved it. Last month I noticed Qualtry was having a special sale. I purchased personalized tote bags and coffee mugs for my daughter, granddaughter and both daughters in law. I believe I purchased about 12 items in all. The packages arrived about as quickly as from the large online companies. I'm very impressed with their turn around time and with the quality and variety of products!

Over the past few years I have ordered items for special occasions (i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, holidays) and have been very happy with them. The gifts make such an impact with the recipients as they are personalized just for them. The quality, workmanship, and presentation has been excellent and makes for beautiful gifts.

Am happy with my luggage tag purchase - initial quality seems to be solid (tags have not yet been used). Wish there had been a bit more communication along the way, like shipping information (I didn't receive a tracking number, etc.). Overall, satisfied!
