"I bought Groupon coupons which I will NEVER DO AGAIN!"

I bought Groupon coupons which I will NEVER do again.
I couldn't order from Qualtry because they shut down their website before Christmas so I couldn't get my Christmas cutting boards made.
This was a VERY poor business decision on Qualtry's part.
Because of this, I won't order from Groupon or Qualtry ever again.
Qualtry's work is marginal at best. The names are very light so they don't stand out on the cutting board.
I'm just very disappointed in my entire experience.

The number on the collar I ordered is wrong. I have emailed customer service with no repsonse. So I have basically wasted my money on something my dog can't wear.

Although it took about 6 weeks to get, they came out very nice. However, even though they were the same size, but different colors, one was about 5 inches shorter than the other. I followed there exchange rules and they were very nice and are sending me a replacement. The other one fits my dog perfect!

I have contacted customer service 3 times about an order I have NOT received and I have not heard from them once. I paid for a product and I have not received it. I am not a happy person

The luggage tags were very well made and look nice. Even my always critical husband commented on how nice they look and how they will accent the luggage nicely.
