"At long last, results that actually make a difference"

I had done a few other virtual fitness coaching programs before with mixed results, as well as years of diet and workout programs I did myself from stuff online, but was never truly happy with the outcome. Through happenstance I came across an ad for Xenios' program and decided to do a consult, and based on our conversation I decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did.

After years of doing things with my diet and workouts the wrong way (but thinking I was doing the right thing), I finally started seeing rapid and tangible results with the custom workout and nutrition program I was given by my personal coach with Xeniosfitness, Santiago. And most importantly he's been there every step of the way to make the necessary diet and workout adjustments, answer all questions and keep me accountable like an in-person nutrition and fitness coach would do.

In just two months my body has changed visibly in ways I hadn't achieved in years of previous attempts. Most importantly, myths that I had come to believe about nutrition were exploded, including the idea that you have to forbid yourself from certain foods you like or that just because a study says you don't need more than a certain amount of protein doesn't mean that's the optimal amount to change your body composition.

I admit I was skeptical that I would learn anything new with Xenios' program, but I'm happy to say that I couldn't have been more wrong, because results speak for themselves. Hands down this was the best money I've ever spent on my fitness journey.

"Before I joined this program I didn't…"

Before I joined this program I didn't have a workout routine. I was trying to follow different workouts on
Beach body, but wasn't consistent. I was basically going through the motions...

After a year with this program I am seeing major results in my appearance and feeling much healthier. Especially since the coach staff keeps me on point with the nutrition and workouts all though the week.

What I like most about the program is I never feel like I'm alone and support is there 24/7.
I like the fact that I look forward to working out and seeing results. To me that is very motivating and what keeps me going!

If you're skeptical about joining the program, Xenios and his team will set up a one on one call with you to help you achieve your fitness goals! No gimmicks, no pressure.. Just know that what you put in will pay off..
This is the best program I have ever found-period!

"Finally, a diet that makes sense"

For a long time, I was searching for a diet plan that can fit my life. Before I joined, I just tried different diet plans to see if it worked for me. I would get frustrated because I wasn’t seeing the results. Then I came across Xenios fitness on Facebook and I thought why not? I can’t describe how easy it is to follow. Everything you need to know from workout routines to meal plans and extra encouragement to keep you motivated. "Changed my ideas of diet and exercise"

All I can say is that this program came at the greatest time.

Before finding this program I tried a lot of diets: keto and paleo. I tried just cutting back on food. I attempted different workouts but had no drive to help me actually stay on them. I did yoga, home workouts, tried two gyms that promised to help.

One gym basically just said here do these things and never really helped. The other went well, but my long term cost would have been extreme.

I had lost about 15 lbs before joining Xenios. But once I got into the program, I believe I am down 30+ lbs.
I feel like a weight was lifted. I'm still working down to my goal, but I am using what I was taught to adjust things as needed, some to help manage stress, some to balance my workouts, and others to balance my diet.

The best things about this program for me were being able to actually get help forming a workout and still being able to free form them. And the diet. For the first time I understand a diet, and how to adjust it. I have ice cream and sweets in moderation sometimes. And balance things accordingly. As long as I follow the guidelines they actually walked me through I really can eat what I want.

The difference is in the ability of the program to teach you how to make it your own. They aide you at literally every step. And help as a guide and to give you that drive.

Listen I have a blood disorder, social anxiety, and well I hated who I was becoming as I put on the weight due to circumstances. But now even though I'm riding a bit of a leveling out due to stress, work, and health issues; I know I will hit my goal. If I learned anything, it's that determination and a little support can change your outlook drastically.

"The last trainer and program you will need"

I'm a rugby player and powerlifter so I have a lot of experience with dieting and working out. I've done isagenix, calorie counting, vegan and keto all with temporary results and it ultimately left me feeling constrained and dependent on the diet or system. What I'm getting from xenios is a down to earth, realistic approach to long term results specifically tailored to my needs. There is an educational section provided as well to actually equip you with what you need to know to NEVER have to get another trainer or program. I like knowing there is someone in my pocket checking in to see how my journey is going. I'm a little over 2 months with xenios and his team and I've seen consistent progress since the beginning. If you are ready and willing to do the work, this is the place to go and is totally worth the investment.

"Hands Down Best Fitness Program"

Xenios Fitness has one of the best program available out there period. Their biggest weapon is the real human interaction and the knowledge presented by the team.

ACCOUNTABILITY = RESULTS

My wife and I are executives for two federal government agencies and we are both extremely busy between jobs and family. You must step out your comfort zone in order to get different results. We both have been struggling with our weight for years now but kept trying the same 'ol things with the same results. I searched all over the web for different programs and during this search I came across Xenios Fitness. When I think about a good fitness program, we look for simplicity, scientific facts and customization based on the client's needs. efficiency.
If you are looking for all these things like we were, don't look any further. This program is the real deal!
The entire team is always ready to assist, it feels like 24x7.

"Can't believe the difference in such a short time."

Before joining Spartan fitness, I thought I was in ok shape for my age, but definitely overweight and starting to have issues with high blood pressure.
I've had a history of high cholesterol and high triglycerides as well.

I have two very active boys and I had just turned 50 when I saw Spartan Fitness on facebook and decided I'd give it a shot. I have had some success with other programs back in the late 90's, but I figured with technology now, I wanted to see what new developments have come about.

I'm so glad that I did so. Xenios approach about calories being calories and having the mindset of doing things over the long term and not thinking of this as a short term sprint, put me in the right frame of mind. The best part is the flexibility of the program. I was lucky to be able to go to the gym for the 1st 12 weeks and saw great results. Then at New Year's, the gyms closed due to Covid restrictions. I could have easily lost all the hard earned gains, but the Spartan approach allowed me to incorporate isometric and body weight exercises to replace the weights, and I was not only able to maintain my fitness level, but lost additional weight while adding muscle!

I started out with a modest goal of losing 14 lbs in 12 weeks. Now, 7 months in, I've lost 28 lbs! 22 of which was fat! My body fat percentage has dropped to under 10%. A goal I never even dreamed of as I didn't think it was realistic.

With every month, my blood pressure is coming down and even better, my cholesterol and triglycerides are normal. In fact, the doctor even told me my cholesterol was almost too low! Can you imagine?! (FYI, at one point my cholesterol was over 800)

I think what sets this program apart is the constant feedback from the trainers as well. They are always checking in and letting you know when you are doing things right and they keep encouraging you even when you have an off day or weekend where you may go a bit overboard on the calories.

I've gotten compliments from friends and coworkers when they see me. I have to admit, it's an awesome feeling. I would absolutely recommend this program for those willing to put in the effort. The results will happen.

"My journey so far with Xenios fitness"

Before i started my journey with Xenios fitness i was very unhealthy and overweight. I was tired and iritated with myself all the time. I tried alot of diet's before but it never worked. I am in the program for 3 months now and i feel great. I lost about 20lb so far and still going strong. I have more energy everyday and i am not hungry all the time anymore. They design a workout program for you and if you just put in the work i can garentee you will see results. It is not a quick fix it takes time but i know it is worth it. The coaching staff is awsome,always there to help with questions and motivation. If i can give you guys any advice,just do it. Start the program and start your transformation today and see how your life also change for the better.

"Helped me discover my BEST self"

I can’t say enough amazing things about Xenios Fitness. But the first thing I’ll say is, if you see an ad for it and thing it’s just a hoax or scam, YOU’RE WRONG. Xenios Fitness helped me truly discover the best version of myself. I had been very fit and active before, but after an injury, health issues, and a surgery, I knew I needed help getting back to the old me. Little did I know I would end up even better than before. I started my program with a one-on-one, dedicated chat with Xenios himself. I truly believe he wants to make sure that his clients are truly in it to win it. After that, I watched the educational videos and familiarized myself with the expectations. Not only were these enlightening, but I also had a coach of my own from Xenios’s team to keep me on track. Santiago is accessible to me just about whenever I need him, and he monitors my diet, activity, and progress using the XeniosFitness app. With these guys, I was able to lose over 50 pounds and really pack on incredible lean muscle. I am overwhelmed with my results, and know you would be too.

"My life is changing for the better"

I came to Xenios Fitness frustrated, unhealthy, not sure what to try next. I bit the bullet and invested in myself and I swear to you the progress has been slow and I had to work for where I’m at but all healthy sustainable progress is this way. It’s not a get fit quick scheme. You have to be committed to doing the work and to being coachable. If you can do that then you have Xenios, a team of coaches, and other community members to have your back. I have the best coach to work with. I was 262 pounds at my heaviest before I considered this program. Today, I am 234 pounds with sights set on going even lower. I feel better about myself, my blood work shows my health has drastically improved ... perhaps maybe “too healthy” for my doctors liking. Recent blood work showed all my cholesterol was low even the good. Sorry doc! I previously had high cholesterol! Not all of your improvements will be noticeable by your scale or fitness tracking! I haven’t eliminated anything I eat. I just changed how I eat and in what portions and incorporate strength workouts with cardio! Please believe in yourself and invest not just in this program because of what it can bring to your life, but invest in you! It is worth it!
