I have had my electricity tested and now want proof to send me another load of crap of spa!
I want my money back otherwise im going to the trading standards and the news paper.

"Great customer service and support "
I am a mom of 5 and turning 30 this December so this was an early birthday present to myself. We ordered the four person inflatable tub and it’s very nice looking with very easy set up. Unfortunately, after two times of using it, it had a hole in it and we were unable to patch it. I reached out to the support team and Tom was such a friendly and helpful person! He was extremely helpful and sent us a replacement. I would absolutely recommend wavespas after dealing with Tom. Thank you again! An inflatable tub is a great, affordable way to get the hot tub experience!

Took six weeks to finally receive delivery of eight filters. Multiple emails and finally resolved, but not after purchasing another pack of eight filters from eBay for half the price.

"Great product...but lacking on customer service"
We've had 2 hot tubs from Wave.
An inflatable last year that we used so much that we thought we would upgrade to the new rigid foam tub.
There was a delay from the original despatch date which wouldn't have been an issue if we'd been kept in the loop.
When we did receive it we did initially have some issues with the heater giving a error code however we figured out that the filter was the issue and since then we have had no trouble at all with it.
We change the filter when it shows 50% left as we found leaving it to 100% caused problems.
That said we do love it.
The style, size, cost and running cost was just what we were looking for.
Customer service can be slow...a usual reply to emails, chats or phone calls is that they would get back to you in 7 days which is a pain when you have an issue.
However I recently had a problem with the app and Tom replied very quickly and eventually we worked out my issue.
So in a nut shell we love the product and would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the customer service.
