Wave spa was lovely when it worked. Ours seemed to have the same problem as others with a leaking heater.
It did take a while for the customer service team to reply to emails which was frustrating and worrying. It took a while but in fairness I got my money back once the spa was returned which is why I gave a three star rating.

So easy to set up but remarkably robust!! The durability is impressive and extremely comfortable!!! And you can’t even neglect the water and chemical care – if you’re not on the ball, don’t worry, the tub lets you know it’s time!!!

It’s so straightforward. I would enthusiastically encourage anyone seeking to introduce a touch of affordable indulgence and tranquillity into their home to consider investing in this tub.

One piece of advice… the covers are essential, but I’d really recommend the addition of the protective Thermal Efficient Inflatable Cover beneath it. It helps insulate…but more importantly when it rains…and it will!... it stops the outer lid sagging to create a pool or water that you don’t want to end up in the tub the next time you want to use it !
