Got my pool had for 6 weeks and the heater sprung a leak was asked to send it back and was picked up by DHL they have had it back now for 3 weeks still waiting for a refund the customer services is diabolical you can't speak to anyone please be mindful when buying from this company

Wave Spa are a fantastic company to deal with and their products are amazing too.

Nothing was an issue for the team at Wave, experiencing a couple of minor issues however they have been superb, prompt and provided excellent aftercare. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wave and their products - you really can relax and have peace of mind!!

Dropped away from 5 stars as I had wished it hadn't been so complicated. Received my spa after back order delay quicker than planned had some problems to start with then few further problems which can't deny did take a while to get resolved but thanks to customer service advisors tom and paddy managed to get all problems resolved and hopefully should now be able to relax happily in my spa.
