Spa arrived and was faulty. Customer service takes a week to reply to emails every time one is sent in the conversation. So what should have taken a day in communication took over two months to sort return. Really disappointed.

Not very good at the minute , not sure if we have a dodgy batch of filters
Within days of changing them they are going mushy and dissolving !
Always used wave filters so not sure what’s going on
Changed the filter Saturday again , not had chance to check

Have had my spa for a couple of months and reported faluts which the first time was a temp fix, ive since sent photos and videos as its no leaking after carrying the repair / fault fix as advised and i have heard from them

During my research on inflatable hot tubs I came across Wave and really liked the look and construction of their products! We ordered the 6 person Pacifica with the energy saving bundle! After ordering I was looking up honest reviews and found so many negative reviews about customer service, shipping time, and warranty! I immediately messaged customer support to cancel my order and got an email back within a few hrs, they were very attentive and wanting to help me with canceling or asking how they could keep us happy during the emails to cancel our hot tub was delivered (took 2 days!!) I reached out to tell them I was definitely satisfied with everything and I’m very thankful I didn’t cancel! We’ve set up our hot tub and very impressed with the quality and ease of use! This particular hot tub has 6 cushions that go around the entire tub giving the perfect padding, we love the built in pump and the cover is thick and snug with a thermal liner to trap heat, don’t have to deal with the awkward inflatable topper! Only con so far is that they don’t include any chemicals to get you started! Overall Wave spa is a great and affordable option, and we can’t wait for the winter months
