"Terrible company do not use !"
Bought a hot tub back in April for £430 took two months to come. When it did, it didn't work they would take 3 weeks to reply to a message then ask a stupid question like is it plugged in...yes...3 weeks later with,,, an adapter? ...no..3 weeks later, is it plugged in ?. You get the picture.
Eventually they said it was outside the 30 day return policy. Really !
If they sorted a return out on day one it wouldn't be.
After many threats with legal action 6 months late they agreed to arrange a return and refund. Believe it when I have my cash back.
Terrible customer service I'd never buy from them again. They say their phone lines are open but nobody answers their chat bot says nobody available. Awful company.
they charged me £22 for the spare recommended filters that were wrong for the tub.

"Faulty Hot Tub."
Again the same theme as with other reviewers. Customer service non existent. Hot tub displaying HL fault. Sent off photos and videos but no response. Tried calling at 08:00 but just given answer phone message. That's £500 down the drain. AVOID at all costs. We're contacting WATCHDOG.

"Faulty product and shocking customer service "
I purchased a spa with the inbuilt heater from them and delivery, according to their website, was guaranteed in June. The spa didn’t arrive until the second week of July and this was not the one I originally ordered but I had to accept if I wanted delivery in time for the summer. It was set up and filled and used once. As soon as the heater is turned on the spa leaks. I emptied it. Cleaned it thoroughly, ans told to by their customer service, and found a lot of limescale which couldn’t have been from my one use of having it set up for 3 days. I refilled it, turned the heater on and the same problem. I filmed the issue and sent to them and they told me it was a faulty tub and sent me a new heater. The heater took over a month to arrive which they said was a technical issue but only after I had complained that i still hadn’t received it. Since this exchange I have had no contact from them despite sending 4 emails and leaving voicemails. As others have said, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Spend a little more and go to LazySpa or anyone apart from these

"Do not buy from this company"
I ordered an inflatable hot tub from this company back in June. The hot tub arrived faulty and would not work properly. I have sent countless emails which they rarely respond to, tried phoning, but it's an answerphone message, you can never actually get through to anyone and their so called live chat is just a robot. I eventually received an email agreeing to collect the faulty tub and refund my money. Despite countless more emails, I still haven't received my refund and have now contacted trading standards and the fraud department at my bank. Do not buy from this company! You have been warned!

"Where do I start...repeated problems"
Where do I start...repeated problems, sent this email 8 days ago that tells the tail!
We installed the new heater, it worked for 2 weeks but I have the same problem all over again. I have completed all your problem solving before you send me round that loop again. It's in exactly the same position to the same electrician installed power source so no new photos to send. Exactly same position and power outlet that my lazy z spa works from for 3 years....without any faults.
This whole saga is disgusting...what should have been relaxing has been hassle amd stress at a cost. I am only now interested in a full refund....I will never trust or use any of your products again.
In case you don't read over the full trail, I reported the initial fault within the timescale to exercise my statutory rights for a refund but accepted a replacement heater. Now I will only accept a refund.

"Bad design"
I received the inflatable hot tub after a couple of weeks (as promised). Since I received it I've had a few issues with it, but most recently it persistently won't turn on without tripping the electrics. I've raised this with the company who can barely be bothered to get back to me (it takes over a week for them to reply, and even then the message isn't useful). If you want my advice stay away. The design is flaky and the customer service is practically non-existent.

Still waiting for spa that was due in June. Nobody answers the phone, the chat is useless as it’s a robot that just tells me my spa is due in June. Have phoned and left messages, have emailed continually. Have received few emails back asking do I want to cancel or pay more for a different tub. Then when you reply nobody gets back to you. It’s been going on since June. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service. The most frustrating part is that they don’t respond. They’ve clearly oversold this tub (although it seems they are still suppling B&Q with them) but even now I’ve decided I want a refund there’s no way of getting hold of them. They’ve been sitting on £900 of my money. It’s now becoming stressful as it’s all just up in the air. Terrible service

"I’d give a zero star if I could"
I’d give a zero star if I could. We are going to fight wave all the way for stealing our £1800 for the wave Garda 6 people foam spa. One got recalled, the second had an E3 code and then died on us. It’s been over a year and we have had a working spa for only matter of weeks. No response from customer service, they have replied once asking us to send videos. We’ve told them it has died completely and doesn’t turn on, what is there to show??!! No reply and it’s been months. Avoid like the plague, this company is clearly illegitimate!

"Rubbish customer service "
I'm giving 2 because the spa itself wasn't too bad at all , until it split , contacted the company to order a replacement liner but unfortunately they were out of stock , I then agreed to order a new spa with the offer of 10% off but the one I wanted wasn't in stock , I was waiting hear back from then but that never came , when I got back in contact they said they wouldn't honour the 10% now but 5% instead, they take ages to reply to an email and are very casual in their response which makes it feel like they are a family run business without much training or skill in customer service , shame as I gave them multiple opportunities to correct their decision.

"Actually a Really good spa "
Well i ordered an inflatable 6 person spa and read the reviews after it had already arrived, i was a little horrified by the experiences others had with this company so immediately tried to return it...but got absolutely no reply...so i set it up and irs actually awesome...all works perfectly, well packaged unfortunately no floor matt with it but has everything else like cover and all bits i need...it took about 24 hours to get proper hot but it has kept hot since and is very comfy,hot,bubbly and looks pretty well made in my opinion and im a massive critic if something's naff...so 4 stars cause the product is good but the customer service is none existent
