Your customer service is as bad as your defective spas. I would not recommend your brand to my worst enemy. I’m still waiting for a response to my email I sent a month ago. When I sent my initial email, your response to my concerns were not addressed.

Waves was quick in responding to my questions and concerns and quickly remedied the problem I had. I wish they had a call in service in which I could have talked with the live rep but they did answer quickly so no harm done.

"No working hot tub, no customer service"
Customer service doesnt exist, fed up chasing these for a faulty product that has never worked. Shocking response times (non existent) and lots of automated bot responses and constant voicemail. All i need it to talk to an actual person to try and get this resolved. Turned what should have ultimatley been a relaxing experience into the most stressful transaction i have ever had to deal with.

"DO NOT BUY FROM WAVE"
Customer service doesn't exist. Received hot tub, no inflation hose, no filter and no filter cover. Controller wiring is loose so when you turn on it goes off comes back on annd get a PE error. I have called, emailed, Facebooked, used the website bot. Got a reply telling me how to fix my heating issue. Clearly an automated service. Have now got in touch with my credit card company to see if I can get my money back £400+ and we haven't even been able to inflate it. Save yourself the trouble you will inevitably get from Wave and spend your money on a company that offers and after service or customer service full stop.

"Awful customer experience"
Paid for 3-5 day delivery, this elapsed, no email to notify me of delay. checked on live chat and delivery date had been amended to 20 days after purchase. This date has is now well passed, no response to messages or emails and no answer on phoneline.

"Took the plunge and got a hot tub"
Took the plunge and got a hot tub. After lots of reaserch we decided a wave tub was for us. It arrived promptly and I can honestly say so far it’s been wonderful. I did purchase an inflatable lid which turned out had a small leak! Not a problem for the guys at wave. Paddy promptly sent out a replacement straight away.
I would recommend wave spas to anyone contemplating buying a hot tub

Had to give 1 star but in reality not worth any DO NOT BUY anything from this company I’ve had my hot/spa 7 MONTHS still not working after hole in liner / pump heater not working terrible customer services my advice would be to pay more and get something that actually works if you do buy from this company you have been warned ( and good luck getting a product that actually works one final thing it looks really good pity it doesn’t work may fill with soil and put plants in it

This was the best purchase I’ve made in a long, long time. I was skeptical about an inflatable spa. Very easy set up and I took about 12 hours for the water to fully heat up to 104° i’m gonna get plenty of enjoyment using this in my man cave while I watch the ball games.

Great customer service from Paddy. A Fault with the pump, within a day a replacement sent under warranty. Great product so far and customer service.
