Had a call from customer services today. They have assured me that the new part will help with the leak. Paddy was very sympathetic and understanding of the issue. Also acting quickly to resolve it. Can't ask for more than that.

This is our first Wave Spa we are happy with it! It heated very quickly and when using it the water doesn’t lose heat quickly! Definitely a big win for us!

I can't tell you how bad this company is. They have scammed me out a lot of money on a defective hot tub that stopped working within a month. It never got to the full temp of 104 and then it just quit doing anything at all. The company will not allow you to return this for a refund. They send nonsense emails. They just ignore your issue. They ship from a US warehouse but do not have a US phone number on their US website. They are scammers. Beware. Run.

I recently purchased a Wave Pacific 4/6 person inflatable hot tub and would like to mention what a wonderful little tub, a quick read of the instructions with built in pump to inflate, fill add chemicals and it’s done. Would recommend to family and friends, very relaxing.

Delivery instructions fell on deaf ears. Trying to get customer services to contact me so I can get a delivery date organised as it was being delivered in Spain. Customer services took at least 3 days to respond. Useless.

dont bother buying a wave product totally crap customer service is appauling i sent an email about the second item i had as the current item had to be replaced i sent my email over a month and. half ago left various voice messages and still not had contact until today to be told my item is now out of warranty and they will charge me to repair the product just dont bother buying from here

£100s of pounds worth of wasted bills to Thames Water as the filter unit leaks.
13 weeks after escalation to board level absolute zero progress.
This may seem an aspirational purchase but please please avoid this company at all cost.
It will save you cost and heartache in the long run
