"Brought a hot tub which had a error…"

Brought a hot tub which had a error code. Tried calling company states the will calk you back (they don't). They don't reply to emails and they don't reply to webchat. Ended up after sending 2 recorded delivery letters taking out a judgement. They finally after nearly 4 months collected the hot tub and refunding the money. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Very difficult to contact anybody with regards to faulty equipment, lacking communication via emails, no telephone number to call for customer service. Awaiting a reply for the last 4 months with regards to a leaking pump. Quite crap service all in all- if your hot tub works, fantastic, if it doesn't, you're on your own.

Great to set up. Used twice and it started leaking. Took 11 weeks to get my money back so had to buy another tub. Lazy spa Miami doesn’t look as good but still working and is more efficient as well. The respond time for a email 7-10 days. Absolutely unacceptable.
Will never use again.

My wife paid for a hot tub in March, which arrive at the end of June. The hot tub heater was leaking and it took 6 weeks to get a replacement sent out. When that arrived, that too was leaking. Despite numerous emails and calls we still have no resolution. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered, they don’t respond for weeks if at all and then make every excuse in the book as to why.

the pumps sold with these units are trash…we are on our 3rd or 4th pump. pumps are only “warranted” for a year from purchase of entire unit…no matter how many times the pump has been replaced..if i had to do it all over again, i wouldn’t buy another one

Poor product quality and worse customer service. Don’t get a spa unless you want lukewarm water and a heater that will die in a month.
