"Absolutely awful company!"

Ignore the response from the company still no refund!!!!

Absolutely awful company!
No worth one star.
I purchased an expensive hot tub, waited over a week for delivery, nothing!
I had to contact the company myself, to be told that the hot tub would be delivered the week after, nothing.
I have since contacted asking for a full refund. They don't even reply to my emails.
I have contacted my bank and trading standards beware!

"Only just bought the spa"

Only just bought the spa, looks class, easy to set up and inflate. Just have to order a floating dispenser and it's all systems go. Definitely recommend.

"Ordered a replacement liner"

Ordered a replacement liner, had only used twice but after warranty had ran out as it had be stored awaiting use.
The second time after being used a child (well behaved and used the spa sensibly) had small cuts all over his feet! After emptying the spa I found the edging of the bottom of the liner was sharp over half of one side like it had been incorrectly made/cut!
Contacted customer services, aware the warranty had ran out, but as it was faulty and had injured a child I did expect more help than I got. Very unhelpful responses after days for one reply was that there’s nothing they can do it’s out of warranty. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service. And left with a hot tub I can’t use, unless I want to cut myself on some sharp plastic liner. Joke of a company.

Update:- 5th September - finally agreed to refund weeks ago. Waited since 11th August for refund to be told after I’ve had to send email after email that the refund could not be processed! Ignoring my emails, won’t call me. Just one email to say it’s been passed to finance! I had to go on live chat twice to try and speak to someone! To be then told ‘I’ve been told to show you this’ and sent a screen shot saying they were ‘unable to refund’ my money! How is that helpful to me!l?! You have Basically stolen my money now !! And it looks like I’m not the only one!! No refund and no product. I will be seeking legal action if not refunded by Friday. I cannot believe a company treats people this way!!

"Customer service has gone miles backwards"

From responding in minutes in 2022 this time it took days! In the end I had no choice but to buy a complete new hot tub!absolutely terribly slow unprofessional customer service.

My egg was making a noise and needed a quick response as use the tub for my disabled daughter’s therapy.

After brilliant service last year this company has completely let my family down.

I had to purchase a whole new tub as Wave were so slow to respond

After this finishes it’s usable life I will definitely purchase from a more professional brand/business.

All Morgan or Tom kept emailing me is we are really busy it will take atleast 5 days to respond 🙈try over a month and still wasn’t resolved………..

"No phone # to call"

No phone # to call, only had our new hot tub less than a month. Split seam, error codes, pump making loud noises. Only response from emails to ask more questions but no help.waste of $1600.

Customers Beware! Company is a total sham. There is no customer service and they are trying to remove unfavorable reviews. Do your research - there are so many complaints reported to the BBB and almost all are similar complaints to mine.

I received a malfunctioning motor. I went through all the troubleshooting outlined in the manual, found instructional videos online, and nothing corrected the problem. I reached out to wave and received an auto-response that said I needed to wait 48 hours. My initial email went out on a Sunday and on Thursday I was told I needed to wait another 3-5 days to hear from support. I filled out the request to receive a phone call and never received a call. They finally emailed asking questions I already provided answers to in my initial email. They then asked for numerous photos of the motor, outlet, and tub, forcing me to jump through hoops. I sent all of these including a 4 minute video through email and Instagram which showed the motor shutting down/failing twice. I asked for a refund and a return label and they refuse to send me one. I’ve had the product 1 month and it’s never worked. it’s been a total nightmare to deal with this company.

"Set up a 4 person hot tub"

Set up a 4 person hot tub, easy to follow instructions and set up. Ordered the starter kit and insulated cover which are beneficial. All quality items. Also contacted customer service after ordering as we missed the free filter pack and Tom kindly arranged for the pack to be sent out. Great product at a great price. Family love the hot tub so happy customers all round!
