"We are really pleased with our hot tub…"

We are really pleased with our hot tub purchase (Atlantic 6 persons) we were kept up to date with delivery details and it was delivered quickly. It was fairly easy to set up but make sure you watch the video on wave spas website and read the how to guides on there as they are very helpful.
I emailed Wave spas as we kept getting an error code after we set it up. Tom did respond to my email with steps on how to resolve our issue however by the time Tom had responded (1 week later) we had resolved the issue ourselves by re watching the video and using the how to guides on the website.

I had been looking at buying a hot tub for a while so after consideration went for the Atlantic Plus
I must admit due to the low cost I was sceptical about the quality and if it would be fit for purpose
I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations and I'm looking forward to many hours in it
Easy to set up,it doesn't take that long to fill and gets up to and holds temperature pretty well

"Heater broken second time within 1…"

Heater broken second time within 1 year.
First one was replaced by a refurbished one. Was told Second one needs to be replaced as well.
They ask for serial number of the heater which I sent June 9th.
Not a word since.

Got word on June 22nd that heater has been dispatched and I will get a notification from ups soon.

"Poor quality for high value"

I bought a Swift rigid foam hot tub for over £800 in 2021 which arrived in July of that year. Put it up straight away and used for 2 months before packing carefully away for the winter. Had it out again for 3-4 months of summer last year (2022), then packed it carefully away again for another winter, with no issues thus far.
I set it up again about a month ago, and within a week, bubbling appeared on the interior liner, with more bubbling appearing with each use, and existing bubbles getting bigger. Also, the exterior liner that surrounds the foam panels has started to seperate at the bottom so looks terrible.
Considering the hot tub has been well cared for, and only been used for around 7 months in total, I'd say this is terrible value for money. I would never purchase a wave spa again because of this. I feel well and truely wripped off.

Zoe at Wavespa went above and beyond on Thursday when I called. Thank you so much for helping. I bought the Atlantic plus in 2021 and have used it since then. It’s the only thing to get my 19 &17 years old off their gadgets and in the garden with us so for that it was worth every penny!!

"A hole on the seam"

I bought my hot tub in April 2022. After few days I found a hole on a seam which was impossible to fix. As the hot tub was under warranty, I’ve got a new one. Last Saturday I set it up as the weather got nice and unfortunately, next day Sunday, found my hot tub deflated. Again a hole on a seam!! Since then Im trying to fix it. Used all patches I got, however air still is running out thru some tiny hole. I’ve contacted customer support via Messenger and was offered another patch kit. Okay… today Ive spent another 5hrs on trying to fix it but I gave up!
Im upset and very disappointed. Hot tub didn’t cost £50 only nearly £400 and looks like I better could buy a simple paddling pool and would enjoy the sun.
I DO NOT recommend that hot tub.
I wasted £400, my time, water and electricity, Wave Spas hot tub is a one season thing. If I could I would give ZERO stars instead of 1.

I want to update on my case.
After a long wait I got a respond from the company who offered me a new spa, bigger than I bought.
