"100% fraud Website"

I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order on 6th March and was told it would be delivered by 13th March. On 13th March, I received an email saying the delivery was delayed until 2nd April. I immediately responded and told them I didn’t want the product anymore. They replied, asking me not to worry and promised delivery by 30th March instead.
When nothing arrived by 30th March, I cancelled my order on 24th March. They told me I would receive my refund within 4 to 5 working days, but even by 7th April, I received nothing.
I called their customer support on 7th April and was told I would get my refund within 48 hours. Now it’s past 48 hours and still no refund. And now, the worst part, they seem to have blacklisted my phone number. My calls are not being answered at all anymore.
This is a total scam. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest service. They take your money, make false promises, and then disappear. I strongly do not recommend this website to anyone. Be very careful this seems like a fraud!

This place is a mess, I ordered the items i needed and they it said that the items will be deliverd in a week. When a week passed by plus an additional day, I contacted them to ask why it wasn't delivered, then they responded by saying the item is back ordered and wouldn't arrive for 3 more weeks. Why did you wait for me to contact you to tell me this. I replied back to Sara and they haven't replied back for days now. They didn't offer an apology or even a discount for their mistake. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else 🤬

"I’ve had two very disappointing…"

I’ve had two very disappointing experiences with Thwifty, and I will never be shopping with them again, even if they offer a 90% discount.
The first issue occurred when I placed an order and canceled it within just 5 minutes. Despite the cancellation, they deducted AED 20 for shipping. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed they would escalate the matter to the finance team, but they completely ignored my request, and I never got a resolution.
The second experience was even worse. I ordered some makeup items, but after a few weeks, I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. As a result, my entire order was delayed just because of one unavailable item. It's been almost a month now, and I still haven’t received my order or been refunded for the unavailable item.
On top of these issues, their customer service is extremely unprofessional. The agents are untrained, unaware of the processes, and very difficult to communicate with. Their phone lines keep disconnecting, and they simply don’t offer any solutions.
I highly recommend avoiding this store. Their poor service and unprofessionalism have made me lose all trust in them.

"Deceptive Company with Terrible Customer Service"

Avoid this company at all costs. They are completely untrustworthy, unethical, and unprofessional. Every interaction I had with their customer service was a frustrating waste of time and money. I spoke with a representative named Imran via both live chat and phone, and despite placing my order less than 30 minutes prior, they refused to cancel it. They claimed it was already “in transit,” which is highly unlikely given the short timeframe.

To make matters worse, the company misrepresents their shipping times before you make a purchase, setting false expectations. I ultimately had to contact my credit card companies and request new card numbers out of concern for how they were handling my information.

Do not buy from this company. Their practices are shady, and they clearly have no interest in providing honest or helpful customer service.
