Horrible customer service - it’s been over one month and I still haven’t received my order. Instead of refund customer service just ignore your request. Would never use this website again

Pretty happy with my experience with thwifty. The only thing was all my stuff from the same order arrived at different times in different shipments and there was no way to track where any of it was or when it will arrive. Weird huh

They stole my mom's money on an order and every time we try to follow up with the order, they say you'll receive it within a week. it 's been almost 2 months and nothing! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL OR SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY.

If I'm able to rate this review to 0 I would , where do I start no respect to a client not on the phone or email, your order an urgent product with an estimated date but that date passes with no update for the product , for my I was looking for an urgent eye contact solution so better to avoid such a company as this is surely a scam !!

Scammer, Scammer, Scammer, I order 17 january and today is 22 March, have not received product yet, costumer support it so bad they hardly answer, I asked for refund twice they approved and I never received any refund, beware from thwifty.com, if you focused on their now they sound like thief, thwifty from thief they are just stealing money from people, each positive feedback is 100% paid. people who buy from thwifty (thief) are frustrated

My experience is similar to most here. Paid for the order with delivery date set for 10 days. 10 days later order is still not processed. I follow up with support who constantly gave me misleading updates but after the first 1 or 2 it wasn't believable anymore. I've been pushing stubbornly to cancel the order and every time they confirm cancellation then nothing happens.

Long story short this is Phishing website that takes your money and drags you for a while until you're bored and leave it to them.
Avoid at any cost.
