"Horrible Experience with Thwifty Company"

I had a terrible experience with Thwifty Company that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order, but they never shipped anything. When I tried to cancel the order, my attempts to contact them went unanswered.

I strongly advise anyone who has faced similar issues to report them to consumer rights authorities in Dubai at (consumerrights.gov.ae). Be sure to provide any evidence and invoices related to your order, as they can assist you in getting your money refunded.

Please, do not order anything from Thwifty. Save yourself the frustration and potential loss of money.

Scammers don't buy anything they will take your money and disappear I had to deactivate my visa because of them

.I placed an order on 28th Feb and I immediately cancelled it because I found it was not I'm looking for
I,d paid 199 AED online
.so raised a request for refund but I my God despite maximum time limit 7-14 days I m not receiving refund.customer executive don't even bother to solve it . Top of that they email me to send a replacement as what I ordered not available!! I mean it's quite irrelevant response I cancelled it and I want refund .
They don't even pay any attention concern . I again mailed but after that No response no refund it's horrible. How can I do shopping from here again with this experience
.I made a loss. I don't want other guys also face such experience

"Scammers be aware!"

Thieves! They took my money and after 1 day they said that the item is out of stock and they're gonna send me a refund, they never did,,, it's been a whole month of me waiting for a refund! and sending email after email with no response, this website is garbage and scammers never buy anything from them

"Their delivery is toast"

Their delivery is toastThey told me the toaster i ordered was coming from the US so it wasn’t built for use in the UAE and I would need a voltage converter. I had to pay extra for the converter. And on top of that the order was delayed. So much hassle for a TOASTER. At least they refunded the extra money they charged me for the converter and gave it to me for free.

"Courier"

The couriers are very careless. The box was really dirty and falling apart when it was delivered to me. Please use a better company in the future.

I've ordered three times from them and every single one of my orders was delivered late. I guess i keep coming back for a reason but at some point i will find another website to shop at that doesn’t make me jump through hoops.

"Good customer service"

I bought a mini fridge from here but apparently it was coming from the US and the voltage didn’t match UAE. I liked that customer service let me know about this right away and saved me from a possibly dangerous situation. They offered a different one that would work safely here but I ended up cancelling the order, but I do appreciate it. Some companies don’t even bother telling customers about such problems.

"Heartbroken"

I got so excited to see so many beautiful exotic plants for sale and I added a bunch to my cart. Unfortunately they emailed me afterwards to tell me my order had to be cancelled “due to shipping restrictions on live plants” I appreciate that i was informed about the situation and refunded immediately, but why have them listed in the first place??

"I just received my order today after!"

I just received my order today after 19 days. I like the products and I am glad I was able to pay with tabby on checkout but 19 days is really a lot Satisfactory. Exceeded expectations in terms of the range of products available.
