Das Creo SL wurde am 23.2. versandt. Heute ist der 3.3. und ich habe keine Info wann das Bike kommt. Auf 3 Anfragen keine Antwort. Wurde jetzt am 3.3. kontaktiert, dass es am spanischen Zoll ein erstmalig unerwartetes Problem wegen eines fehlenden Dokumentes gegeben hat und an dessen Behebung intensiv gearbeitet wird. Es gab eine Entschuldigung und ich werde auf dem Laufenden gehalten.
Melde mich dann nach Eintreffen des Bike und berichte über Zustand und Adjustierung.

"I was skeptical about buying a bike…"

I was skeptical about buying a bike from ibkbike seeing as the online prices seemed too good to be true. Living in Switzerland, I was concerned that there must be hidden import taxes, delivery charges or the product would not be as expected. My concerns proved unfounded - great product as expected (Specialized gravel e-bike), FOC extended battery included as promised, FOC courier option took longer to deliver than expected (Covid related) yet communication was very good and delivery driver himself was excellent. It was frustrating that no one at ibkbike ever answered my phonecalls, however whenever I emailed, Eduardo replied almost immediately and provided the information that I was seeking. Excellent communication from him specifically. Based on my initial experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND if willing to be patient for delivery (took two weeks and not one as anticipated.)
