Zenefits is definitely well-suited for small companies, probably because smaller companies are easier to manage. I've read that there are some complications if doing multiple locations under one company but I'm not there yet. We plan to set up another location, hopefully in the year 2021, and we'll continue with Zenefits anyway due to its ease of use.

This product is awesome in every way. They have everything you could think of under the sun as a module you can add a la carte. It's very cost effective. Support is great. Love everything about it!

It's easy, intuitive, has tons of features and the reporting is amazing.
The ONLY down side is the length of time you wait to get responses to support requests - especially if it's tax related.

Zenefits has really changed the way HR is done for our school. We are able to handle a professional level of HR services with very limited time on a day-to-day basis. It has really helped to automate the way we do benefits enrollment, employee time & attendance (which flows right into payroll), managing PTO, and the employee onboarding process is so easy to do for both the employee and employer. The level of integration and ease of use on the user end makes this a great solution for any employee. Our employees given a stress-free experience starting from day one, with an intuitive onboarding process, and an easy to manage portal for their day-to-day HR needs.
