The website and mobile app are both very easy to use. The HR team was able to on-board full-time and part-time new hires with ease with the ATS integration with Lever. Customer support is responsive and attentive to our questions.

"Affordable and Successful!"

We used Gusto for our business when we had 80 employees. After covid, we were lucky to even have the ability to reopen even at a smaller capacity, so we needed a more affordable provider who could give us at least the same great product. Zenefits was offering a very kind package to businesses who were suffering due to covid when we were looking to start up again. It was perfect timing. It took some adjusting getting used to Zenefits but are happy with the outcome so far! Happy that we can get help when we need it and happy that it works for us!

"Helped my HR workload!"

Great tool for new or established businesses. It made payroll and PTO management turnkey! It is not the best scheduling tool, but it does have a scheduling feature (but that was not sure important to us).

I also brought my own insurance broker into Zenefits, which is the best of both worlds!

Zenefits is the perfect platform for any small to medium size business. I am an entrepreneur and Zenefits has allowed me to manage payroll, benefits, 401k, and HR from one user friendly platform. Their customer service is amazing, and I love the peace of mind of having there HR experts in my corner for any employee related issues. I have now used them for about 7 years with three different companies and I don't plan on going anywhere. Did I mention they also make all your payroll taxes for you? Well, they do, and I love it :)
