"Excellent HR Platform for Small to Medium Sized Companies"

When we were considering HR software back in 2015, we set up demos and reviewed many different options, but based upon the needs of our company Zenefits was the best choice. It was a seamless and easy transition once we made the switch. We were able to set up and customize Zenefits so we could accomplish what we need to with the platform. Using the Zenefits platform for our hiring and onboarding has allowed us to streamline our hiring process which was especially helpful during the peak of Covid when having to hire employees while working remotely. The ability to customize in Zenefits was a huge plus for us as a staffing company because of the differing needs of our clients. Zenefits makes it easy if we need to update or change any of the documents that are used for onboarding our new hires. The benefits management available through Zenefits has also been a great tool for a business like ours. It is a very simple process to review available plans and options for the upcoming year and to collect important information from our employees during open enrollment. Our company has changed from where we were in 2015 and using Zenefits has allowed us to easily adapt.

"Highly intuitive one-stop HRIS"

We have been using Zenefits for a few years now for all of our payroll, benefit and PTO tracking needs. It has been a great tool and place to keep all employee history, documents and information stored. We are a fully remote company and have employees in 30+ states, and the ability to have Zenefits take care of all of the tax filings for all of the many accounts we have makes our lives so much easier. Everything is templated so that our hiring and onboarding is streamlined.

"A must have for our company"

I confess to not having used any other HR/payroll software before. With that said, having a trusted company handle payroll and organize all of my HR information is incredibly helpful. We are a distributed, fully remote company. Zenefits guides us through the registration process for each state, which would be a nightmare to figure out on my own each time we hire someone in a new state. The apps (both phone and for Mac) are intuitive and easy to use.

Zenefits is a great platform for all HRIS needs. I love how customizable it is and how when you sign up for other platforms that partner with them its so eazy and connects so well. The one thing I wish they had was an internal ATS system. If they had an ATS, it would be perfect!

Zenefits is a payroll user friendly platform. It can combine all the payroll reports into a simple one report with different states, which help us save a lot of time to make J/E. Highly recommend it.

Zenefits is my favorite payroll provider. I have used them all (ADP, Zenefits, Gusto, Intuit Payroll etc etc) and none compare in terms of features and price.

"For the most part I really like working…"

For the most part I really like working in Zenefits. It's intuitive, mostly, and definitely a time saver for our company. The only issue I really have is with the time-keeper app. It's glitchy and updating hours for employees is time consuming and cumbersome. That said it's a huge step up from paper time cards that need to be manually entered. Payroll is a cinch for the most part and the fact that off cycle payrolls are at no extra charge is a huge plus.

"Plug n Play, HR Made Easy!"

Before Zenefits, I had no idea that HR management could be handled through a 3rd party company, much less over the internet. I was skeptical about that whole thing, but after working with them, I found that it's not only easy, but they are taking care of scenarios I hadn't really given any thought to.

A good example of this is the employee handbook. They made that extremely easy because they ask basic questions and then automate the creation of the handbook based on your answers. I was very impressed. We've yet to deploy the handbook, but I would've spent days if not weeks drafting it so I appreciate them for that, a lot!

There are other examples of how they've helped, but all in all, I've only had good experiences with them. I would recommend them to any one of my colleagues and anyone in my network.
