Have enjoyed using Zenefits platform for the past 4 years. It makes it easy to onboard, run payroll, time and attendance and generate reports. I've used Paychex and ADP in the past and this is far easier. Had great response from the customer service team as well. Highly recommend!

Zenefits has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, they will not let you speak to a human being. I had a problem with a payroll, and I could not speak with anyone, I had to leave a written request. It took an unbelievable 8 days to get a response. And the response they finally did send did not address the original question/problem. Less than halfway through our contract (in January of 2021) with Zenefits, we got a new service and and told Zenefits we would not be using their services anymore, and from Jan to July of 2021 we did not run one payroll through Zenefits. In July, they charged us for another year of service and won't refund this. This is totally dishonest. I would never recommend this company. To date, they have still failed to have a conversation with me. I believe in fast reasonable complaint resolution, but you cannot get that from this company. Avoid the aggravation of their abysmal customer service and pick a more customer friendly company for your payroll!

This is a simple user friendly HRIS for small companies. We use this for typically HR onboarding and benefits enrollment. Although it does have multiple apps for HR usage. We are a small company with less than 100 and more than 50 employees and it works well so far. The system and does require human review just like any other system, regular update and is good and beneficial as the user makes it. We have used this since 2016. Overall I give it a 5 star.
