"Zenefits for the Win"

We switched over to Zenefits in early 2019 after using another HRIS and Payroll platform for a few years. To say that this was a huge leap for us is an understatement- Zenefits has helped us streamline all our processes from on-boarding to benefits, to PTO etc. Previously we were spending so much time trying to pay everyone on time and calculating everything- our employees weren't able to accrue PTO as well as request time-off with our old system so again, this is a huge upgrade. Our transition to Zenefits was seamless and our advocate team was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend, especially to small to medium businesses.

Zenefits has been extremely helpful for our small Business. We recently switched to Zenefits from another provider and are super impressed with the platform. As a small business, we certainly benefit from having Zenefits as a platform that can do it all. Not only are we able to get everything done in the same place, but it's extremely simple and quick. Zenefits also has great online resources that help answer all my questions, which make it so that I rarely have to call their customer service. When I do call though, the representatives are super pleasant and quick to respond to any questions, which is great. Overall I highly recommend Zenefits for any business large or small, they are great!

"FSA and Customer service is a nightmare"

Customer support is nonexistent (I'll be surprised if this review is even viewed). The Flexible Spending account requires a massive amount of paperwork, uploading receipts that are randomly rejected. Claims are not processed on time and queries not answered. I am about to lose $200 of unprocessed claims.
