"Beautiful boots "

I have been watching this brand for ages. I was undecided as the price seemed quite a lot for what are effectively short wellies and I always have trouble with foot wear due to one foot being quite painful and not particularly flexible. However after reading loads of positive reviews I bit the bullet and ordered a pair of denim bobbi boots.
They arrived within three days. They look beautiful. A lovely colour and look well made. I tried them on with thin socks first. Initially I found them quite tricky to get on. Especially on my bad foot. I also tried them with thicker socks and this made them very snug. After reading on the website that they would give a little with wear I tried them again without the inner sole in the bad foot boot and think this will be the way to go
They look very nice on. And the boots hug the ankle so no gaping. I think they will be perfect for my dog walking in the rain.

I ordered a pair of Merry Boots as a gift for my husband. Unfortunately they were a little tight so I used the exchange policy for a return & exchange. Very efficient both in how easy it was to complete and within the week we had the new boots (which are amazing). And the boots are amazing. Thank you

I bought a pair of tan Merry Boots back in March and unfortunately had a problem with them.

I contacted customer services by email on Monday morning. A couple of helpful emails back and forth, and 48 hours later, my brand new replacement pair have just been delivered to my door, with advice on how to keep the faulty pair going if I would like to.

Sometimes things do go wrong - but Merry People's customer services team (thanks to Laura) has proven that you can still keep customers happy with the right strategy and support.

I look forward to lots more merry adventures in my new pair.

"Brilliant design"

Brilliant design to take me seamlessly from a wet playground to a work lunch, keeping mud at bay in winter and peace-of-mind on my snake-prone property in summer. No need to compromise on style or function with my Merries! The kids love the flexibility, support and durability compared to ordinary gumboots (my 6 year old tells me they help him run fast!). My only negative is that if the boots are a little loose, the neoprene splits at the heel. I’m hoping this will be reinforced with the next iteration.
