They look great & the colours are great -
However for comfort it’s a no !
My heels have never cracked - and after wearing these boots, I noticed my heels were getting sore & dry - I feel it’s because they aren’t a breathable material & they rub .
The first pair I bought were ok & I had to put an arch support in them . The 2nd pair I was gifted and even though they say the are the same boot, they aren’t . These other boots were tight & sit higher & rub on the shin. Not worth the money.

Verbena gumboots are my recommendations & worth the money and are comfortable.

"Sooooo comfy"

I bought a pair of the grape Bobbi boots for going to Download 2024 festival. Got them two days before we left and I'm so glad I did. Not only did they look amazing but they were also so comfy. I also purchased some of the socks. I ended up wearing the boots and socks all weekend and walked about 8 miles a day (at least) and never got a single blister. The weather was rainy and every surface was a wet muddy swamp, but my feet were always comfy and dry. A wee power wash when I got home and they were brand new! Absolutely recommend these boots to anyone, they're not like any other wellies I've ever had!

"I just received mine,but can't get them…"

I just received mine,but can't get them on,the ankle width is so small,the size is right but after a lot of struggling,even with help from my husband I still can't get past the top,I had a thin sock on,may be I'll get a shoe horn and try again,or try and stretch the elastic sides, so disappointed after saving up for them

"Just bought my second pair of Merrys…"

Just bought my second pair of Merry Boots, I just love them. The colours are great… they are comfy (they do stretch so don’t worry if they are a bit tight.

They are perfect for my pottery classes, walking the dogs, wearing to Pilates in winter and wearing to work (after an easy clean up).

The only problem is what colour to choose?!?!… but I adore my Navi and Khaki pairs.

"Poor customer service"

Very poor customer service, no contact number so all done through emails or chats, so nothing can be resolved promptly.. returns is provided by UPS even though they send through Royal Mail and it’s difficult to find a UPS place to return to. The measurement sizing tool is completely inaccurate and a poor feature on their website..

Love my mustard and black Bobbi boots. After initial rubbing on my calf, they wore in really quickly and I've had six months of super-comfy, cosy dry feet on my morning dog walks. The other day, a seam failed, and - horrors! - they let water in! I contacted Merry People and they've sent me a replacement, no quibble, no hassle, couldn't have been more helpful and communicative. You can't always stop things going wrong, it's how you put it right that shows the real quality of a business ethos, so thanks, Merry People. Happy customer here.
