I recently bought the Bobbi wellington boots. I wore them as soon as they arrived for a dog walk and they were SO comfortable that I kept them on while running errands for the rest of the afternoon. This is the first time I’ve Ever worn footwear that has been immediately comfortable! They are true to size.

I absolutely love these boots. They are comfortable, hard wearing and come in great colours. I have two pairs myself and have bought a further two pairs as gifts.
One pair sadly split after a few weeks. The customer service received from Herbie was truly exemplary. If only all organisations had people like Herbie.

"Great looking boots but after 2 pairs clearly do not last and not worth the money "

I was given a pair of these boots as a Christmas gift in 2022. Loved them. They were comfortable and kept my feet warm. Unfortunately the heel collapsed after a few weeks wear and they made a crunchy noise when walking. Customer service replaced them with no issues in May 2023. Sadly though the same thing happened with the new pair and the heel has also separated from both boots making these not waterproof and definitely not worth the price for a few weeks worth of wearing!

"Not so Merry…"

Reading the reviews I have had similar experiences with ill fitting insoles. Initially the service was great during the sales process however the insole was, I am sure, a size too small ( a size 3 when the boots are a 4). They are very loose and slip backwards after a short period of walking so there is an annoying ridge just under my toes. When I contacted them to ask for them to rectify this I was initially fobbed off with suggestions I buy my own insoles ( really??!! these are not cheap products and they are at fault) and then they simply ignored my emails. They need to sort themselves out and I won't be buying them again. A shame because they are so nearly a good product and a little bot of effort on their part would have made it a very different story..

"Very disappointed"

The boots look lovely and fit well. However the insoles came away after the first week of use. I contacted the company who said they would send a new better designed insole. They have never arrived.
I do not recommend these boots as it seems their customer services don’t actually care about their over priced boots!

I have had a wonderful experience, the boots themselves are so comfortable - I get so many comments and I know at least two people have bought since seeing mine. I did have one issue with one boot, but it was resolved so brilliantly by Krystel and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend!
