I recently used A. Farley when purchasing some boots. After making a mistake with my order I contacted their customer service team and received a refund so I could re-order. Phoebe was brilliant. 5* customer service. I would highly recommend 👌

The customer service I received from AFarley on my recent purchase was superb. Unfortunately there was a re-supply issue with some boots I had ordered. Customer Service kept me updated the whole time and responded to my queries really quickly in a very satisfactory way. For this reason, I would happily purchase from AFarley again and would recommend them.

I have used A Farley for several years for dog walking wellies. I have always found them to be a very reputable company and my orders have always arrived very quickly. I would like to reach out say a huge thank you to Phoebe who has gone above and beyond for me. I purchased the ariat western dark brown boots and had my fingers crossed for a Friday delivery. I messaged a Farley and was put in contact with Phoebe who fast tracked my order to arrive Friday. I understand you guys are very busy and this cannot be done all the time so I'd like to take the time to say, you have made my shopping experience A⭐ I'll be shopping with Farley again for sure! "Poor service "

My order of a pair of boots didn't arrive on time,contacted customer service and was promised for 2 days later, ok got given a 15quid discount, but they still haven't arrived as promised,and no response from customer service as well, so sorry but I will not shop here again, and the boots weren't cheap either, I could have got them on amazon next day delivery, but reading reviews I opted for afarley, I won't make this mistake again

Excellent customer care from Emmie dealing with my delivery of Meyer trousers.
I purchased two pairs of Meyer trousers and needed to exchange one which was handled most efficiently by Emmie and the Farley team. I’ve got numerous trousers by Meyer and for the autumn I thoroughly recommend the New York in Caramel colour which I’ve just received.
