Purchased a jacket for my son , jacket didn’t arrive . Contacted AFarley and was given a photo of a stranger as proof of delivery . The parcel had been delivered to an office 9 miles from my home . AFarley said it was due to the incorrect postcode ( one letter in postcode mistyped , rest of address correct )
No attempt made by AFarley to reclaim the parcel and deliver to me . I had to make an 18 mile round trip to collect it
Very poor customer care considering the cost of the jacket

5 garments ₤526. 11 days to delivery. Phone call 5th day 2 not in stock. Email 9th day a garment wasn't in expected delivery.
2 garments show up. One perfect the other was a size down and mislabelled.
Return costs ₤8.50? I did it for ₤6.25. I had to email for a refund as the faulty didn't work.
It has taken another 7 days to get all refunds, far to many emails. Excuses and apologies, small family run business... I don't care, small or not the systems in place failed me 4 times. That scream lazy, lack of care and bad practice. It bite me in the butt, inconvenience was mine.
Why are you selecting garments that don't exist?
Why does it take so long to deliver clothing when others have done 4 day turn around for the last 25 years?
This company is an absolute shower from order to returns. I am disgusted with everything it's taken 2hrs to send the return back. Take ages to get my money back they took 16 days ago. I am paying premium prices and the service is terrible.
This is why awful Amazon wins, they do your job with ease. You can't sell items you have let alone bag and deliver in 3 days. The system is there and it works... i know 2 other small companies did it in 4 and 5 days. You manage to destroy it with greed and indifference. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Being small means growing pains whilst you grow with demands. However failing 4 times with one customer is taking liberties. One i can forgive... 16 days of my life dealing with this.
₤50.00 good faith you offered i don't need and refused as I will not return. Put towards a better system, I hope you grow than fail as Amazon can not win.

After ordering my items and paying I realised I hadn’t used my loyalty points so I emailed had a reply back straight away from Holly who was so helpful and sent me a refund.
This is the second time I have shopped with A Farley and will do again.

Great company. Bought a few things (wellington boots and RM Williams boots) from them and got sent a free hat for Christmas!!! Lovely touch.
Also had some issues with my Le Chameau boots (seal had split) - phones the team, they sent a paid for slip for me to return the boots and within 48 hours I had an emails saying they would be replaced!
