This company don’t even deserve the one star given.
I ordered my son a belt for Christmas that never did arrive the customer service just kept promising to fix the problem and send me another one whitch also never did arrive. Please spend your money else where.

I made an order before Christmas, I knew it wouldn’t be delivered in time but the order still hasn’t been dispatched. What I’m more concerned about is that every time you email you receive an automatic response saying we’re no longer responding to emails as we’re so behind (essentially) and so to call. When you call they say we’re no longer responding to calls so email! As a result I now want to cancel my order but have no means of reaching the company!
Update- I’ve since cancelled my order (essentially spamming Facebook/insta and this review seemed to result in a response) and I’ve been emailed offering a £50 voucher for me to remove this review.

‘Chat’ function couldn’t even tell me when they were open.
£10 to return an item.

Dreadful company. Basically selling items that they don't have in stock, rather than being honest and saying the item isn't in stock. This has left me no time to find a suitable alternative. It was to have been a Christmas gift .

I have bought regularly from A Farley since I found them online in 2019. The customer service is great, with emails answered promptly, calls returned and staff really helpful - most recently Livvy who helped with redeeming loyalty points.

Ordered on 11 Dec. for next day delivery, order hadn’t arrived a few days later so emailed them to find out the problem only to get a generic reply which didn’t answer my questions so followed up with phone call where I was assured the order was being processed and I would receive it soon, as they were very busy ( no apologies for the delay)I tried calling again a couple of days later only to listen to a recorded message saying they had disconnected the phone lines as they were too busy to answer so I emailed again to cancel my order as it was now too late for my requirements then guess what I got a dispatch notice later that day on 18th. from DPD saying they had a parcel for me ( I still haven’t received a dispatch notice or any communication from farleys to date) I then received my parcel from DPD and have still never had any contact with farleys and yet they are still showing next day delivery on their website, this is completely false when they know they can’t fulfill this promise. Their communication is non existent as well as their customer service and I would never buy from them again and I would urge anyone thinking of doing so to think twice, there are far better online businesses retailing the same products who give much better service at a comparable price. Strangely they never seem too busy to respond to criticism.

Order placed and after making contact with them 3 times via email and call and being assured my order would be dispatched same day, I received an email to say my product is out of stock and won’t be available for more than 6 weeks. Appalling customer service, full of empty promises and met with a refund 5 days before Christmas with no time to order an alternative that will arrive in time! Will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend this company to anyone else. Disgraceful.

Awful, slow, unreliable. Paid for express delivery ten days and it’s not even been packed yet. Customer service non-existent. Do not buy anything from here and spread the word. I think it’s a scam. Will consider going to watchdog.
