I suggest finding alternative supplier. They over promise on delivery times and do not communicate at all through the process. Prices are just comparable with other suppliers so choose alternative. Hopeless customer service and don’t put customer first.

Awful service and failed to deliver, wish I'd properly read the other reviews. Promised next day delivery on the product page (false advertising), but 4-7 working days on checkout. 12 days later the product was not even dispatched and no update as to why. Thankfully this wasn't a Christmas present!

I ordered Le Chameau boots after having worn them there was an issue with them. Contacted Phoebe in customer service who was very helpful in negotiating with Chemeau to ensure a positive outcome. I would definately recommend AFarley and would shop there stain.

I have placed orders twice now with this company. Both times, after about a week, they have called me and said my order is out of stock. Why take an order and the money plus confirm the order by email when its not in stock? Very unhappy customer.

Anyone can dispatch a product but a company is always measured on their customer service should there be a problem.
I ordered a Barbour Bedale jacket which had an issue. I received a prompt reply from Phoebe in customer services who quickly arranged a replacement and supplied a QR code for my return after my printer took a permanent holiday.
I couldn’t have asked for anything more and I would definitely order from them again.
