Ordered a coat which was the wrong size (my fault) and had to return the item. Slight issue with the DPD label and a bit of a wait with replacement item and refund. The 5 stars is for Phoebe, who is an absolute credit to this company, and couldn’t have been more patient and helpful, across a number of communications, over several weeks. I have bought several pairs of walking boots from A Farley & unfortunately had a problem with one pair recently.
The company were quick to address the issue and a replacement pair were provided.
The customer services team were very helpful & I would have no hesitation in buying from A Farley again!

I purchased 2 Yeti bottles, they came within a day and in perfect condition. I was initially sent a tumbler rather than the travel mug but the customer service dept (in particular Kayleigh) sorted it for me straight away and I had the correct item sent out again received within the day. I would definitely recommend shopping with A Farley. I've had nothing but a positive experience when shopping with them both this time and last year when I bought my Barbour Beadnell waxed jacket.

"Unacceptable wait"
Ordered a pair of shoes- money taken immediately, then several days later was told there would be a delay of 8-10 weeks.
They are obviouly advertising items about which they have no idea regarding availabilty, or keep any stock, and a wait this long is unacceptable.
I am told I am being refunded.
Unlikely to use these people again though.

A genuine fantastic company & great customer service.
Like most people I was skeptical ordering online for the first time. However my order arrived as planned and the communication was great.
I did have to return some wellies and order another size.
I had issues with the DPD return label so I emailed A Farley. Within the hour Phoebe replied with an apologetic email. She resolved the issue straight away, and because of this, I will be placing another order.
Thank you Phoebe as you were so helpful and a great representative of A Farley.

I received excellent customer service from Phoebe. I ordered the Deerhunter heated gilet to provide heat for my back pain. I didn’t realise you had to order the power charger separately. Phoebe very kind put a charger in the post for me for me to test the gilet. The jacket is wonderfully warm and helps greatly with my pain. Many thanks Phoebe
