Not sure what is going on, no one helping or any information except for robot answers, which keep saying same thing! Very frustrating I just want to know where my order is, or credit having placed order at begin January…………

Took my money on 3rd January, no goods delivered. Tried ringing and the phone lines are down. Emailed but thats come back as unmonitored. Money taken, no goods delivered Rubbish customer service, non existent. Looking at the other recent reviews, there is a major issue. Avoid!
Update i did manage to get through to customer services and they refunded me. Unfortunately i won’t be shopping with them again.

Placed my order on 04/01/2025 as i write i am still waiting!! Their phone lines are paused due to high level of enquiries and i wonder why!! Email are no longer monitored again i wonder why!!

I ordered an item on 30th December and the money has been taken from my account, but I'm still waiting for an update on when it'll be delivered almost two weeks later. When I call, I get told phone lines have been paused due to high demand, and when I email I get a generic automated response that's of no use to anyone. Tried contacting via web chat and social media but to no avail. Shocking customer service - don't waste your money or time!

Great Customer Service. I accidentally entered my address incorrectly when placing my order, but I was able to get through to customer service right away. The advisor I spoke with was absolutely lovely and resolved the issue immediately. To my surprise, the order arrived the very next day! Fantastic service—I'll definitely shop with this company again.

"No estimated delivery date, and no refund."
I ordered an item on 30th December. Except for the order acknowledgement, and the money being debited from my account. I have heard nothing since. I telephoned the company, but there was an automated message to say that the phone lines were closed. I was able to receive support via the web chat. I was told that the company could not give any estimate of the date the order would be despatched. At this point. I asked for a refund, but was told that a refund could not be processed unless I returned the item . I am concerned that I may have fallen victim to a scam.

Having called in your Kibworth shop to collect clothes that I had called to ask if they could be put aside for collection. I can only say what excellent service I received from the moment I arrived at the shop from the polite, helpful and friendly staff. I can highly recommend Farley Country Attire.
