"Hello I recently had a issue with my… Hot Water Heater"

Hello I recently had a issue with my indoor Tankless hot water heater Series Insta-comfort 145 stop working and had a Technician come out and confirm it has a bad Gas Valve. After contacting Fogatti I was told I was just out of the warranty period but would see what they could do about replacing the part. In just 24Hr They Responded and told me they would send me a new Gas Valve for my heater and also a Cd on how to install the part myself. So i am giving Fogatti a 100% POSITIVE REVIEW for going above and beyond what they had to to get me the part I need for my heater even out of the warranty period. so Thank You Thank you Thank you Fogatti you have me hooked as a customer for life now. I will definitely buy Fogatti again for any of my hot water needs in the future. Sincerely Edward Mitchell one of your very satisfied Customers for life!!!

"We have had three of these worthless…"

We have had three of these worthless hunks of junk. First one lasted 2weeks. Second one 6 months. The brand new one just installed today keeps shutting off. We’ve been 7 days without hot water in single digit temps. If I could give minus stars I would. Customer service and parts never got back to us. 7 days waiting. That’s why we ordered a new one and that one is as defective as all of them.

"I'm very disappointed in Fogatti"

I'm very disappointed in Fogatti, specifically the 150P II Air conditioner line. I travel in a motorhome extensively around the country for my occupation. This past year I had been having troubles with the air conditioners, being older units, I assessed it was time to replace during the short time I would be idle at my home base. I ordered them in advance of my arrival and had the installations setup to coincide with my limited schedule. Everything was going perfectly as planned, received them in time and had them installed on schedule. My thoughts at this time was that problem was addressed and I can continue my schedule as it should be.
Alas, within a month the internal control box failed in the ft unit. Fogatti wasted 2 weeks arguing with me about replacing the controller only. They wanted me to deinstall the entire unit and ship it back.... just for the controller. I had moved the controller from the back unit to the ft and it was working fine, showing that at that point it was that controller but leaving my rear unit inop. After that extensive delay they finally sent a controller and everything worked fine. I put the new Controller in the rear unit where I had removed it to use in the ft unit.
2 weeks later the ft unit failed again. 2 failures in 2 mo the is not a good thing. Now my time is critical, I contacted Fogatti for a replacement on warranty, now they want me to send the faulty unit back before they send the replacement. They did not consider the need for the shipping box and packing from. The replacement in order to safely send the faulty unit back. They also didn't consider that removing it would leave a 14"× 14" open hole in the ceiling/roof to allow the outside to come in.

I responded that
1. I need the box from the replacement to ship the faulty unit back
and
2. I can't leave the roof open in the rain or while I drive.
That message went out 3 days ago and they're delaying my schedule beyond unacceptable levels. I'm STILL waiting for them to get it in gear.

"DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY 5 STAR RATED…"

DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY 5 STAR RATED WORTHLESS PIECE OF JUNK. Ordered from Camping World.com. Info said within 2 weeks for delivery. Took 5 weeks to get it. When unboxed the condenser coil was dangling loosely; not anchored down. The frame was bent so as it would not mount functionally tight and correct. Dings throughout, with shell banged up. Although the shipping box was in perfect condition. Unboxed by Camping World in Las Vegas, not me. I think it was a returned unit that was shipped to me from a Fogatti repair warehouse. The assistant manager from Camping World in Las Vegas contacted Camping World Head quarters. This executive informed Vegas Camping World that Camping World would not warranty it or help me in any way because the Fogatti AC unit is not a resale item for them. No assistance. Fogatti rep told me Fogattis policy was that I had to pay to return their damaged unit. Camping World informed me that Fogatti had to pay return costs because I received a damaged product that Camping World techs refused to mount. I asked Fogatti to "please" ship another that very day. The rep said it would ship next day from California Warehouse and arrive by the following Monday. The next day was Friday. On Friday got an email from Fogatti rep said things had changed. He did not know what date a replaceable unit would be shipped. But, when shipped the AC unit would be shipped from Texas. Instead of 400 miles from Las Vegas its 1600 miles from Las Vegas. I have waited from May 13, date of order, until today June 26, 2024 for a NEW undamaged Fogatti AC Unit - 6 weeks.
Get this - 6 weeks. Have not received it yet.
Camping World in Las Vegas told me they had NEVER heard of a Fogatti AC Unit. They had never installed a Fogatti AC unit and recommended a Coleman AC uni. Fogatti's criteria intentionally leads one to believe that Fogatti leads the industry when in FACT its at the very bottom. Fogatti does not make the list of the top 10 RV units sold in America. I should have done more research and due diligence. But, in my defense, I ordered it from Camping World.com believing it was a camping world AC unit and I ordered it because it has a remote control and coming from Camping World knowing they would be familiar with it. The order states it was ordered from Camping world. I received a camping world order number. Yet, no help from Camping World. Getting anything truthful from Fogatti rep is likened unto floating the Titanic. Its not going to happen. I recommend searching for top 10 RV units. Order one of them. Anyone of the 10 will have been tried and proved. No B.S. by Fogatti reviewing themselves or their claims on their web site. Stay away from it. Its worse than Covid 19. Ray Reed. "Do not buy fogatti"

I ordered a rv water heater in October. After install it doesn’t work. After hours on the phone they sent a new motherboard. Same issue exists. More hours on the phone. I ended up uninstalling and shipping back the unit for a full replacement. After installing that unit has a different problem and will not fire up. I’ve been dealing with this for 4 months. They have shipped parts and nothing works. If I don’t call them daily nothing gets done. Even after calling daily nothing is getting done. It’s been over 4 months. I’m going to warn everyone about this company. Do not buy this product.

"The Fogatti water heater is not good quality"

The Fogatti water heater is a low-quality unit. The controller malfunctioned within 6 months and it has malfunctioned yet again. Obtaining warrantee assistance from Fogatti is painstakingly slow, requiring constant reminder emails being sent, which will go unanswered for weeks. The idea of an on-demand water heater is great, but this unit just doesnt meet good quality standards. I would not purchase again.

Months And When I Got Back I Got 1 Hot Shower And After That It Wouldn't Heat The Water Up. Water Was Leaking Inside The Unit. After Making Contact With Foggati, They Wanted A Reciept, They Have One On File! They Refused To Make It Right To Me! I Had To Purchase A Competeters! I'm The One Who Lost

"Great Service Team"

It took me a while to get my hot water heater up and running. I had a problem with it so I got in touch with the customer service team and I’ll tell y’all they were great. Living in my camper for five years I am now enjoying my shower time for the first time. Thank you service team.

"Their support doesn't answer your questions"

I was in the market for a tankless water heater for my RV. I had questions about the fitment that I posed to their support. They failed to meet their 1 to 2 business day response time. When they did respond they had made no effort to answer my questions, just referred me to their website. I had already researched the product on the site and the fitment was not addressed to my satisfaction. About a week after sending the original request, I received another reply from their fitment support again not addressing my questions. I bought a Furrion as their support answered questions I posed.
