Best mystery shopping company out there by far!! I have been having some real issues with other mystery shops such as ishop and Amber arch. All this has just made me so grateful to have this company under my belt. My coordinator Siobhan is amazing so helpful and always responds. No issues at all so far and I've been working for them for a while now.

"Really good company"
Really good company. I've been dabbling in a few of these Mystery shop companies for a while now and Proinsight is the best so far. The jobs are straightforward and enjoyable and real life people actually communicate with you. I've been paid for jobs with no issues. My one gripe is the lack of jobs available - I would love to see a few more on here, but I'm hoping there will be a new wave soon!

I WON'T be using you again Proinsight.
I wasn't paid today after completing my mystery bowling visit at the start of January. £43 reimbursed but I ended up spending about £60 as they don't allow you enough for the bowling and food!!!!
Added bank details etc when I set up my proinsight account. I'm not new to this, I mystery shop for HGEM & IShopForIpsos. I know what I'm doing.
Only today - apparently- I haven't added my bank details. Accept I go in again and yet again have to fill in the same details as the first time around!?!
Now apparently I'm being charged £5 because they couldn't pay me today and I have to wait until the 15th March!?!?!
Your company is a JOKE. I won't be doing anything for you again.

"Salvaging an impossible situation"
The whole team is wonderful when you are really stuck and everything is going wrong with the assignment. But Antonio has been a real wizard. Everything from a practical to a technical aspect had gone wrong with my assignments.I had worked the whole day trying to submit the assignments but it wouldn't go through hence missed the deadline.I emailed support and Antonio magically sorted out the major issues. I am so grateful to Antonio for today and previous issues I had encountered. 😊

"Great communication until I wasn't paid"
I was initially very pleased with the experience as the communication was great and it was always clear what was required of me. That is the only reason it's not a 1 star review currently.
Unfortunately, however, I have not been paid for my first month's pay. I made sure all the details were correct on my side several times and after many inquiries I was told the person in charge of investigating was on annual leave. This was almost 2 weeks ago and I've received no contact since so I have little faith I will be reimbursed for my July or August statements. In essence, I have spent £100 to give them free feedback so I'm really disappointed.
Updated: I've been paid today for the July statement, so, all being well with my August payment, I look forward to participating in more mystery shops.

"Beware read the privacy terms"
Was going to sign up to this like the idea of being a mystery shopper as always like to share views on here about businesses, my please read the privacy terms before you do so, it totally put me off they record your calls and messages, know everything you search for using your ip and share your details not only with uk but outside the EU aswell, I would expect more privacy as a mystery shopper, what happened to just sharing views it’s a total invade of your privacy.
