Ottimo servizio, personale attento, disponibile, qualificato e rapido nel rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti. Arrivati all'aeroporto abbiamo dovuto attendere al massimo 5' che venissero a prenderci, mentre alcune persone, che avevano contattato altre compagnie di noleggio auto, sono rimaste in attesa al sole per più di 30'. Anche l'auto noleggiata era perfettamente funzionante e molto comoda.

Generally very good- the staff were very nice. it would have been helped if the need to wash/clean the car was flagged at pick up. Also, the check in process was very long as only one person of the team was checking people in. Also- as esims for international travel do not allow for calls there was no way to call upon arrival. The Bus Shuttle from the Airport to the Company and back is quickly. The staff is very nice.
I had the problem that my VISA Card (Debit Card)was not accepted…. Take care!!! You have to have a Credit Card!!!…. otherwise you have to pay high additional costs…for their Security
