We were picked up straight away in the car park opposite the airport. On arrival massimo dealt with us professionally and efficiently. Everything was explained to us, car was clean and on return massimo once again dealt with us quickly. Forced to pay double insurance because they dont take debitcard as a deposit. Quite rude staff. In the future I will go with the bigger companies as this was way more expensive than we thought from the beginning.
