"Overcharging without argumentation"

When returning the car, I received documents for FULL deposit return and also verbal statement that everything is ok and the entire deposit will be refunded. But later they decided to charge 310 euros. I asked for additional information, considering that their documents stated that car was returned in perfect condition and full deposit to be returned. They provided no feedback to my request, both via email and WhatsApp, with all my proving documents attached.

Ci hanno lasciato la macchina al parcheggio per evitare il doppio servizio notturno. La macchina era quasi nuova e pulitissima.

Overall a very hospitable, warm and friendly professional car rental experience! Veronica was very helpful during the check-in process i.e. rates & deposit charges were explained thoroughly and no additional unnecessary charges. The car exceeded our expectations! Lastly, Veronica was always quick to respond to our WhatsApp questions!

Returning the car was also very quick and hassle free - no long wait times - and the gentleman who assisted was also very warm and friendly. The quick shuttle drive to the Olbia airport was very convenient! Highly recommend Vettura for a hassle free car rental experience!!!
