After delta changed my flight I found I was really in a bind whereby
I would be waiting in an airport for a connecting flight for about 8 hours. I was very concerned as I would have been returning from
a pretty serious surgery. When I voiced my concern & worry to Andore @ Faremart he went to bat for me. After several tries he convinced Delta that they had to do better and suggested better
alternatives. Delta said ok, booked me for a more accommodating
flight at no additional cost and made me feel a whole lot better.

This 5 star rating is for the help and excellent service given to me by Robbie on both 10/21 when he spent much time trying to help me with a reservation correction I made with another agency. Also, on 10/22 when I had him book the flights for myself and 5 other family members.
Robbie even called the another travel agency on 10/21. His experience was as unpleasant with them as was mine. He then gave me the cost of reserving with Faremart and I told him that I would be using Faremart's services because of his great help.
The next day when I called back, he had my information at hand and scheduled my flights.
Robbie's English was excellent, he spoke clearly and made sure I understood all he was doing on his computer while I was on hold.
It is due to Robbie that I am giving this 5 star rating. You obviously have chosen excellent employees.

such a waste company. First in their web site they showed a price. i called their customer care and they told everything is ok and they are just waiting for my credit card verification and my e ticket will be booked with in 2 hrs. I waited and called 5-6 times and every time same answer. After 20 hrs when I called again they told price has increased by 80$ and I have to pay that amount if I want to book that ticket.
It was so frustrating. So I cancel the booking and booked with Indian Eagle which gave me a better deal.

I booked a ticket using Faremart in the morning. Apparently there was some problem in issuing the ticket from airline side. Faremart was very prompt is giving me a call and helping me book a new ticket at competitive price.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Same experiences as described by many below. They could not confirm the ticket, ever - not even until 6 hours before departure. I ended up canceling and booking directly from the airline (an added expense of $300 due to doing this last minute). I should have done that in the first place. Momondo needs to vet these travel agencies better. Had hope a lot more from the Momondo team.
