I have been a reader since 1973 (my uncle subscribed early on) and then on and off myself as a subscriber since the 80s. To me Elekuur/Elektor is part of my youth, training and now entertainment, a safe bet to order. I had no reservations whatsoever to order the new Raspberry Pi400 via you (could have done so from Reichelt myself, as I suspect you have done) and so ordered it well ahead of Christmas, as my kids wanted this to be my Christmas present. The RPI400 arrived TWO months later, ie. 2 days ago. Your lame excuse has been that delayed delivery was unforeseen but that makes you naive and you probably do not read your own publications (huge demand was expected) or it was an outright white lie. Shame on you. Rest assured I will order elsewhere in the future and recommend that to others in my personal and private network/environment. Wish you good luck improving your delivery-upon-commitment, as you used to have. I will then come back as customer. Kind regards

Delivery was slow and returned back to Elektor. No notification given on new delivery date or timescales, and no new delivery tracking number. I have no knowledge of when or if I will have delivery despite having paid for the items. I will be cancelling my order after four weeks of waiting at the end of the month.

"The online ordering system failed…"

The online ordering system failed several times through the UI. However, one of the times the UI said it failed, it had actually worked and charged me. Then I went back and the UI said it worked and it charged me for that too. My bank thought it was fraud and had to deny one of the charges from Elektor as it was erroneous charge (likely when the UI said it failed, but the charge worked). I would give a better review, if the UI / Back-end services didn't erroneously charge my account.

Like the magazine, be a bit carefully buying older books on sale. Next time assure first that all book accompanied items are still available. Makes the books on them self not less interesting, but it mite be a hassle to get stuff completed.
